The filmmaker took video footages of the suburban railway networks in Berlin, which noted late photographer Hildegard Ochse almost 30 years ago with her camera from a moving train. It originated numerous black/white images are now juxtaposed in the documentary with the current situation. Back then there was the Berlin Wall and the suburban railway was part of the GDR state railway. The film shows how the Berlin cityscape has changed to the light rail in nearly 30 years.
